We understand the pressures you face to produce results. Equipment can fail and require repair. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

24-hour Emergency service & repair

Alert Scientific, Inc. will provide you with rapid response, diagnosis and repairs of critical equipment. With offices in East Hartford, Connecticut; Boston, Massachusetts and Princeton, NJ, we can provide prompt service – at reasonable rates – anywhere from New England through the Mid-Atlantic region.

Alert Scientific’s regional service centers offer our clients the choice of repairs performed either on-site or in one of our repair depots. We offer ultra-low temperature freezer rentals during extensive repairs.

 

Highly-trained technicians

Continual technical training is provided to our service engineers by many of the equipment manufacturers we represent (for a complete list, click here).

What to do in case of an emergency:

Call toll-free, 800-872-2028. If you call during normal business hours, we will have a technician dispatched to you within a few hours.

After-hours emergencies

Our answering service picks up our incoming calls after hours and on weekends. They will immediately notify a technician who will return your call and be on-site within a few hours.
