In most cases, we can offer temporary use of one of our loaner ultra-low temperature freezers during extensive repairs. Types of equipment that Alert Scientific services range from ultra-low temperature freezers (-80oC to -150oC), red cell and blood plasma freezers, cryobaths, CO2 incubators, cryostats, and lyophilizers to various types of environmental chambers, centrifuges, tissue processors, and spectrophotometers. Aside from repair service, ASI technicians install CO2 and LN2 backup systems, equipment monitoring/alarm systems, and voltage regulators. We can also provide complete installation and start-up of environmental rooms, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers. Electrical safety certifications – such as current leakage, ground load integrity, and receptacle integrity verification – are also available. Continual formal service training is given to technicians by most of the equipment manufacturers and distributors whose products we service. We use only the highest quality tools.
